• How often will you post on my social media?

  It depends on your package. Starter includes 2 posts per week on 1 platform, Growth includes 3 posts per week on up to 2 platforms, and Pro includes 4 posts per week on up to 3 platforms (graphics + reels editing included).

• What platforms do you manage?

  Instagram and Facebook are most common, but Growth and Pro packages can expand to LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. Need another platform? We can add it on.

• Can you guarantee more followers and engagement?

  No one can guarantee numbers (if they do, 🚩). What I can guarantee is consistent, on-brand content and strategies that help you attract the right audience and build trust over time.

• Do your posts include graphics and video?

  Yes! 🎨 All packages include branded graphics. Growth and Pro also include video editing for reels/TikToks, so your content feels dynamic and on-trend.

• Do you engage with my community?

  Community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) is included in Growth and Pro packages. Starter is posting-only, but engagement can be added on.

• Do you offer social media advertising?

  Yes! Ad campaign setup and optimization is part of the Pro package. If you’re on Starter or Growth and want ads, it can be added on.

• Will I get reports and analytics?

  Yes. Starter includes a basic monthly report, Growth includes deeper insights + recommendations, and Pro includes advanced reports with ad performance.

• How do you handle negative comments?

  For Growth and Pro packages, I monitor and respond within 24 hours. My approach: calm, professional, and empathetic so your brand stays positive.

• How do you stay updated on trends?

  I love learning! From courses to YouTube deep dives and industry blogs to testing new features the second they drop, I keep your content fresh.

• Do I have to sign a long contract?

  Nope. Packages are monthly. If you love working together (you will 😉), we keep going.

• Do you help with content ideas?

  Yes. I brainstorm themes, campaigns, and post ideas aligned with your brand + goals.

• Can I provide my own photos or videos?

  Definitely! I’ll incorporate your assets and polish them with graphics, captions, or edits.
