How many revisions are included?
I don't work with a revisions model, I show a ton of stuff the first round or two and then we narrow our focus to some of the standout options. We then refine a select group of logomarks/logotypes to look at again and provide feedback again and then continue to narrow things down. I see revisions as more feedback rather than a client telling me to draw a specific thing as the concept will be there from the first round. Each round is focused on how it makes you feel? Conceptually does it make sense? Understanding that the logomark or logotype doesn't need to be overtly literal. That said, we do this 2-3 times sometimes four times if absolutely necessary. I will say, it's very possible to nail something the first or second round. Seeing more iterations starts to actually create confusion as people will always say, "Well, what if..." and that cycle can go on infinitely, so we always go back to whether or not it's communicating what the business does or if it's rooted in the company's mission or set of beliefs.
What formats of the logo will I receive?
Typically, I hand off .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, and .jpg file formats. If you need another format, I'm happy to provide it to you at no extra cost. These formats cover most of the bases though and will be sufficient for your needs.
What's included
Logo System
You will receive a logo system including various orientations and lockups of your logo for different applications such as social media avatars, sponsorships, print materials, and more. These applications and lockups will depend on the clients needs and will be determined throughout the course of the project. You will receive these assets in an organized set of folders which can exported out as .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, and .jpg file formats. Additional file formats can be requested if necessary, these however will cover most use cases. Video recordings can be made available upon request to go over this deliverable and explain how it is used.
