About this service

Summary

I work in partnership with my clients, to understand the reality of their offer and the motivations of those they can help. I pride myself in getting to the centre of their brief, and finding creative ways to tap into their emotions, and attract their attention. I like to write for people who like to be involved in the creative process, who are open to being challenges, and who challenge me in return.

Process

Step 1 - We would arrange a brief review and introduction call (45 minute minimum) including brief overview, priority check list, expectations on timings and deliverables, providing previous examples of your content/TOV for review.
Step 2 - I would then take some time to familiarise myself with your brand (2 hours minimum)
Step 3 - I would reflect the brief back to you and confirm our agreed scope of works, including any questions from the brand familiarisation stage, and the quotation for the work, sending to you for confirmation (2 hour minimum)
Step 4 - Initial options/ideas inline with our agreed approach (3 hours minimum)
Step 5 - You then have the opportunity to take in feedback over the phone/via copy annotations, which we can discuss or apply.
On receipt of feedback, I would work through copywriting your assets / content.
Step 6 - provide copy as per our agreed schedule.
I will anticipate two rounds of amends, and stipulate how many changes this includes in my quotation.

What's included

  • Words and creative direction

    Writing doesn't work if the words don't look right... So, depending on your brief, I would provide you with a Word document with clear headers, and descriptions of the copy purpose/creative direction and hierarchy clarity. - Annotations would be included were appropriate, I may offer options here, or provide justification in alignment with /challenge of the brief. - Scripts would be tabled and include creative direction, detailing speakers, tone, pauses, and audio direction as well as accompanying visual suggestion. - Options would be provided if necessary and if they felt right. - Where multiple assets are required, I may set out in a table format for ease of digesting, and order them in the priority agreed in our initial briefing call. - Image suggestions would be included (written) where appropriate. - Ideas of longevity and next steps could also be included depending on the quality and detail included in the brief.
