  As part of the process, UXbay will design and set up usability tests using platforms such as Useberry to gather actionable feedback from real users. ⚠️ Note: while the test creation, flow design, and analysis are included in our service, any third-party platform costs (e.g., Useberry testing fees) are not covered and remain the client’s responsibility.
