What's included

• DISCOVERY CALL

  We'll have a brief meeting discussing your needs for the design process. Make sure you have all basic information ready you want to share with me.

• QUESTIONNAIRE

  I'll send over a questionnaire and ask specific questions about you and your vision, the space, sizes, colors + material you have in mind, your moodboard.

• VISUAL DIRECTION BOARD

  To make sure we're on the same page, I'll create a visual direction board for you. It's the visual representation of the feel, aesthetic, and mood of your space.

• ON-SITE VISIT

  To get a good understanding of the space, I'll come on site. If needed, I'll take measurements of the rooms.

• CONCEPT PLANING

  I'll develop a floor plan concept in two variants. You will be provided with mood boards, material + color collages and furniture suggestions. I'll also define different room zones and present everything to you using 3D sketches. A rough time schedule is also included.

• DESIGN

  Detailed planning of the selected concept with dimensioned floor plans + section and/ or view drawings in 1.50/ 1.20. If needed, you'll also get samples of the materials and colors to make sure every matches perfectly your needs and requests. I'll plan in-built furniture and provide you with 3D renderings.

• DETAILS

  In this step, I finalize all the plans and work on detail drawings.You will also receive a catalog for furniture + decoration including manufacturer + price information. I will help you check and evaluate offers and assist you with orders.

• CONSTRUCTION SITE + SUPERVISION

  I of course take part in all important jour fixe meetings, appointments and construction site inspections and coordinate the craftsmen on site. I support where I can!
