1. Discovery & Creative Brief
We begin by learning about your business, audience, competitors, and vision. You’ll fill out a simple brand questionnaire or join a quick discovery call to ensure clarity on your goals, values, and desired style.

2. Research & Inspiration
I explore your industry, study competitors, and gather visual inspiration. This helps shape a direction that is both strategically sound and creatively original.
Deliverable: ✓ Design direction notes or moodboard (if needed)
3. Logo Concept Design
I create 3 original logo concepts tailored to your brand personality and strategic goals. Each design is backed by a clear rationale explaining the design choices and how they support your brand identity.
Deliverable: ✓ 3 logo concepts with mockup previews ✓ Design rationale for each option
4. Revisions & Refinement
You select your preferred concept, and we refine it based on your feedback. Up to 2 major revision rounds are included to polish the final logo.
Deliverable: ✓ Finalized logo with variations:  – Full-color, Black, White, Icon-only, and Responsive versions
5. Branding Kit Development
With the final logo approved, I build a visual brand kit that supports consistency and versatility across all platforms.
Deliverables: ✓ Curated color palette (with HEX, RGB, CMYK) ✓ Typography system (font pairing & usage) ✓ Brand elements (custom icons, patterns, etc.)
6. Brand Guidelines
A comprehensive brand guide is created to ensure your team or vendors use your brand correctly. A condensed quick-reference sheet is also included for easy access.

7. Stationery Design
Your new brand identity is applied to key business collateral for a complete and professional look.

8. Mockups & Final Presentation
To bring your brand to life, I present your logo and visuals using realistic mockups—like signage, packaging, social media, and stationery—inside the Brand Guideline itself, so you can clearly visualize the impact of your new identity.

9. Final Delivery & File Handoff
Once everything is approved, I package all final assets in an organized Google Drive folder (or via your preferred method like Dropbox or WeTransfer). All files are labeled for easy access and sorted by use (print, digital, social).

  • What do I need to get started?

    All I need is a quick briefing! Once you book the service, I’ll send over a short brand questionnaire (or we can hop on a quick call). This will help me understand your business, audience, and design preferences.

  • How many logo options will I get?

    You’ll receive 3 custom logo concepts to choose from, each designed with your brand strategy in mind. Once you pick your favorite, I’ll refine it with up to 2 rounds of revisions.

  • What if I want more revisions?

    The package includes 2 rounds of revisions. If you need additional tweaks beyond that, I’m happy to accommodate them at a small extra cost, depending on the scope.

  • Can I use the final logo for printing, websites, and social media?

    Yes! You’ll receive high-resolution files and web-optimized formats (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG) — perfect for any platform, including print, digital, packaging, and social media.
