Process

The process for creating your digital brand identity is simple, collaborative, and transparent. Here’s how we’ll work together to bring your vision to life:
1. Initial Consultation
Objective: We’ll start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your brand, vision, values, target audience, and goals. This is where you share your inspiration, preferences, and any existing branding you’d like to retain or improve.
How it works: I’ll provide a brief questionnaire, and we’ll have a chat to dive deeper into your brand’s identity and how we can bring it to life through visual elements.
Duration: 30-60 minutes (via chat or google meet call, depending on your preference).
2. Creative Brief & Moodboard
Objective: Based on our discussion, I’ll create a detailed creative brief that outlines the direction for your branding. I’ll include design styles, color palettes, and any inspiration that resonates with your brand vision.
How it works: I will provide a moodboard or visual reference to ensure we are aligned on style and aesthetics before I move forward with the logo design and other elements.
Duration: 1-2 days for the brief and moodboard.
3. Logo Design Concepts
Objective: I’ll create 2-3 custom logo concepts for you to choose from. These will be based on the information you provided during the consultation and the creative brief.
How it works: The logos will reflect your brand’s personality, whether modern, professional, playful, or minimalist. Each concept will come with a brief explanation of the design rationale.
Duration: 3-5 days for the initial concepts.
4. Feedback & Revisions
Objective: Once you’ve selected your preferred logo concept, I’ll implement any feedback or revisions to fine-tune the design. This ensures that your final logo meets your expectations and brand goals.
How it works: You’ll provide detailed feedback, and I’ll make one round of revisions based on your input. Additional revisions are available upon request.
Duration: 2-3 days for revisions (1 round).
5. Social Media Kit Creation
Objective: After finalizing your logo, I’ll proceed with designing the social media branding kit. This includes:
Custom post templates
Social media story templates
Profile & Banners for key platforms
(Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
Instagram highlight covers
How it works: I’ll design these elements to align with your logo and branding, ensuring consistency across all social platforms. Additionally, templates can be created on Canva for your ease of use, allowing you to make future edits yourself.
Duration: 4-5 days for the full social media kit.
6. Brand Guidelines Document
Objective: I’ll create a detailed brand guidelines document that outlines how to use your new logo, color palette, typography, and other visual elements. This document ensures consistency in your branding across all mediums.
