Process

Discovery & Alignment We start with a kickoff call and brand intake to understand your goals, audience, and vision. This helps ensure the site reflects not just your style, but your story and strategy.

Concept & Direction I create an initial framework for the site structure, navigation, and design direction. You’ll see moodboards and early layouts that bring your brand’s tone and look to life.

Design & Build From there, I design and build your site page by page. This includes thoughtful visuals, brand-consistent content styling, and user-friendly features tailored to your needs.

Review & Refinement You’ll review the site and provide feedback. Together, we refine the design and content until it feels aligned and ready to launch. (Includes one round of revisions.)

Launch & Support Once finalized, I prepare your site for launch, including mobile optimization and connection of all key tools (domains, integrations, analytics). You’ll receive a walkthrough so you feel confident managing your site.

Website Audit & Strategy Outline
A written summary (PDF) reviewing your current site or goals for a new build. This includes recommended site architecture, navigation flow, and design direction. Delivered as a structured document for clarity.
Custom Website Design (Desktop + Mobile)
A fully designed website (up to 5 core pages; e.g., Home, About, Services, Blog, Contact) built in Squarespace, responsive across desktop and mobile. Includes one full round of revisions based on your feedback.
Content Layout & Copy Guidance
Organized content placement across each page, including refined headlines, prompts, and call-to-actions. Delivered as built-in site content plus a reference guide (PDF) so you know the reasoning behind each choice.
SEO Setup & Optimization
Basic SEO applied across all live pages, including meta titles, descriptions, and structural tagging for visibility. Delivered as part of your live site build.
Launch Support & Training Guide
Final pre-launch testing to ensure functionality. Includes a 30-minute recorded walkthrough video showing you how to edit and update your site moving forward. (optional)
