Give clients a clear place to submit information and documents, and give your team a consistent way to review what arrives. I build practical portals for service businesses: guided intake, request status, document uploads, staff workspaces and structured outputs.

Make the next step clear for clients and staff

This service suits businesses that collect the same information repeatedly or manage requests through scattered messages and attachments. A larger build can include multi-step intake, review queues, document templates, account-based status pages and useful notifications. We start with one complete path from submission to staff review.

A functional intake portal for $350

The starter includes one branded form with up to ten fields, one PDF upload of up to 10 MB per request, client sign-in and a staff request list. Clients can view their own submissions and staff can move requests through three agreed statuses. The interface uses one language.
Responsive intake form with required-field validation
Client and staff access with ownership checks on requests and files
One request-detail view and three status labels
One consolidated revision round and operating notes

Build around your review process

We map the form, upload rules and status changes in writing, then I create a working preview with sample documents. I verify that users see their own records, validate upload limits and test submission and review states. You receive a deployed first workflow, source/configuration and instructions. Automated document analysis, generated reports and additional workflows are separate milestones.

Relevant document-product work

My own PACT product connects structured service intake with case and document workflows. Perevu shows an academic-document product with organized review findings, explanations and journal comparison. These cases demonstrate the interface and workflow thinking behind this service. Your portal is built around the information, staff decisions and outputs your business actually needs.
