Vendor Reviews, Evals & Proposals (sample)
Research & Demos: Payroll & HRIS - identify platforms that meet requirements (via demo, sales engagement) and present to Client best 3-5 tools/vendors. From there Client to do final/next-level demonstrations. Consultant to do first pass/push. Includes ensuring vendor has expertise and responsibility to setup, manage any/all new taxes, deductions, PTO (if applicable), SUI, WC, file feed testing. Vendor Selection (pending client/team timeline)
Implementation & Reporting
Parter as HR expert alongside the Client and the vendor’s implementation team. This ensures the Client, and vendor are on track, documents are filled out, the system is setup the way Client wants/needs it. Includes but not limited to - integration testing, data cleaning and mapping, first payroll processing, employee data migration, tax setup, deduction setup, file feeds (if able) with benefits brokers, 401k broker. Additional costs may be incurred between benefits or 401k broker to facilitate the file feed(s). Permission setting for managers, executives, departments, finance/accounting, ICs, etc.
