Survey and interview the HR team and/or leadership with an extensive, questionaire (30 minutes). I will then go and deliver a deep analysis and comparison on how your company compares to best practices, and evaluate what areas have the greatest ROI, risk analysis, and cost for implementation. This survey can be re-done/measured 2x per year to show growth/change, and impact of the investment.
