Intake emails to help gather insight into the challenges/opportunities and ideal future within HR.
A 60-minute video meeting to discuss together as a team, the situation, and factors, and solidify the best next steps with your team.
A follow-up of emails or phone calls to finalize and complete the action items - keeping you or your team member(s) accountable.
