Summary
After leading many teams in high-growth organizations, often-times with hands-on work to build new operations, rework teams, and develop new programs, I have seen firsthand the various challenges when it comes to HR, Talent, and People Operations.
Our call may include:
Intake emails to help gather insight into the challenges/opportunities and ideal future within HR.
A 60-minute video meeting to discuss together as a team, the situation, and factors, and solidify the best next steps with your team.
A follow-up of emails or phone calls to finalize and complete the action items - keeping you or your team member(s) accountable.
If during this call, it is clear there may be more time/support from my end, I will be able to appropriately advise, and guide on what a longer-term project or engagement may look like.
