What's included

  • 1. Research

    We will discuss in depth including all of the technical details that make up a specific business process! I will analyse your current systems by asking: - What is the current system and process? (and why is it designed this specific way?) - What resources are being deployed? (manpower, tools, budget, etc) - What are the current results? (from the end user) - What are the desired results? (establish goals and KPIs) Once done, we can continue to the rough draft and confirmation phase.

  • 2. Confirmation

    I will create a rough draft of the specific process outlining any new changes to the system. This is where the client is able to revise and tailor any part of the new system to ensure maximum results. We will go through all the details and make sure the client and the company achieve the optimal outcome. Once confirmed by all stakeholders, we can proceed to final documentation and details.

  • 3. Documentation + Walkthrough

    I create the final SOP documentation with all of the technical details. This includes all "IF", "And", "OR" detail flows into the process. I submit the final handover to the client with a video walk through.
