I implement your existing templates and modular assets inside the ESP. If you need custom branded templates or a full modular design system, that is a separate service.
Welcome, onboarding, lead nurture, abandoned cart, post-purchase, upsell/cross-sell, winback, churn prevention, and milestone/engagement flows. Additional flows can be scoped as needed.
Yes—as long as your tools support it. I configure channel triggers, behavior-based automation, and events from your website/app to ensure coordinated communication.
Yes. I connect your ESP to Shopify, Webflow, WooCommerce, custom forms, CRM systems, or other available integrations to ensure your flows have the data they need.
Copywriting is not included. I can plug in your existing copy or collaborate with your team during QA to ensure the messaging is formatted correctly. I also offering ongoing campaign support that includes copywriting on an hourly or retainer basis.
