Creation of audience segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, interests, purchase history, recency/frequency, and engagement—ready for targeting across email, SMS, push, and other channels.
Integrate available events, triggers, and conversion actions from your website, store, CRM, or app—ensuring all digital communication channels can activate at the right moment.
Funnel Gap Repair & Operational Plug-Ins
Identify and fix funnel breaks (missing events, broken logic, tracking gaps, unmanaged data), enabling a clean foundation for future campaigns and automations.

I implement your existing templates and modular assets inside the ESP. If you need custom branded templates or a full modular design system, that is a separate service.
