🔧 Discovery & Briefing

We’ll start with a short call or a quick questionnaire to clarify your goals, audience, and presentation type (e.g., pitch, sales, internal report).

You’ll also let me know your preferred format (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or PDF).

You’ll then send over a rough draft of the presentation — this means each slide should include the intended copywriting and a note about what you want on that slide (e.g., charts, product images, quotes).

Include your brand guidelines, logos, fonts, and any visual assets you’d like used.

💻 Content Review & Storyboarding

I’ll review your draft and assets, organize the flow of the content, and create a visual hierarchy that makes the information engaging and easy to follow. I’ll map out the story across the slides to align with your objectives.

🎨 Design Phase: Slide-by-slide, I’ll craft a clean, engaging design with branded visuals, icons, and layouts that support your message without overwhelming it.

🚀 Revisions & Final Delivery: You’ll receive a first draft for feedback, with up to 2 revision rounds included. Final files will be editable in format of your choice and ready to use.
