Find where your course, onboarding flow, or educational feature loses clarity, momentum, or alignment — and get a prioritised plan for improving it.

Why this service exists

Useful content does not automatically create a coherent learning experience.
Learners may understand individual lessons or activities while still losing track of what matters, why they are doing something, or what should happen next. When learning goals, content, tasks, feedback, and sequencing do not reinforce one another, the experience can feel dense, flat, or disconnected.
I review one focused part of your learning product and identify the issues creating the most friction. You receive practical recommendations, not a vague list of observations.
My approach combines learning design principles with hands-on experience developing and testing educational materials with real learners.

What you get

A review of structure, clarity, pacing, cognitive load, and learner momentum
An alignment check between learning goals, content, activities, and feedback
A mapped learner path showing where confusion or disengagement may occur
Prioritised friction points with clear reasoning
An action plan organised by priority
Two to three selected examples showing how content, tasks, or sequencing could be reworked
A delivery walkthrough of the findings and recommended next steps

How it works

1. Context and scope

You share the product area, materials, learner group, intended learning goals, and any existing feedback or behavioural data.

2. Experience review

I trace the selected learner path and review its structure, content, tasks, feedback, pacing, and progression.

3. Friction mapping

I identify where the experience loses clarity, momentum, or connection to its learning goals, then prioritise the issues that matter most.

4. Recommendations and handoff

You receive the written audit, selected rework examples, and a walkthrough explaining what to address first and why.

This is a good fit if…

Your course contains useful content but feels too dense or difficult to follow
Learners appear to lose interest or momentum at a particular stage
An onboarding flow explains the product but does not create a clear learning journey
Activities feel disconnected from the intended learning outcomes
Your team wants a focused improvement plan before investing in a larger redesign
You need an outside perspective on one module, flow, feature, or content set

Starting scope

The starting package covers one focused learner journey, onboarding flow, module, educational feature, or comparable content set.
Larger courses and products can be divided into phases or quoted separately after the material volume and complexity have been reviewed.

What I need from you

Access to the selected product area or materials
A description of the intended learner group
Existing learning goals or an explanation of what learners should be able to do
Relevant product, technical, or curriculum constraints
Any available learner feedback, behavioural observations, or analytics
Formal analytics are helpful but not required.

What is not included

This service focuses on diagnosis and actionable direction.
Implementation, analytics setup, learner recruitment, user interviews, full usability testing, UI redesign, and rebuilding the complete product are not included in the starting package.
If the audit reveals that additional research, redesign, or testing is needed, I will identify it as a recommended next step.
