1. Kick-off Call: We’ll start with a creative call to discuss the project’s ideas, scope, needs, and objectives. This helps me understand your vision and align the design direction with your goals.

2. Discovery: I’ll thoroughly analyze your brief, brand style guide (if available), supporting documents, and conduct in-depth research. This ensures the design is not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned with your brand and audience.

3. Design: I will create a stunning, responsive website design in Figma, optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. The focus will be on crafting a user-centered design that resonates with your target customers, delivers clear brand messaging, and drives conversions.

4. Communication: After the kick-off call, most communication will be asynchronous through your preferred tools (Slack, email, Discord, Asana, etc). 5. Delivery: I will deliver the project on time, providing all necessary assets, including raw Figma files, PDFs, PNGs, SVGs, and any additional formats you need. The final design will be ready for hand-off to developers.

6. Post-Launch Support: I believe in building long-term, trusting relationships. After the design is completed, I will continue to support you during the development phase, collaborating with your developers to ensure a smooth implementation and successful project completion. I specialize in the design aspect of the project, which includes creating information architecture, wireframes, & high-fidelity UI. I don’t handle coding or development, but I provide all necessary design files (Figma, PDFs, PNGs, SVGs) that a developer can use to bring the design to life.
3. Do you offer support after the design is complete?
Yes, I provide post-launch support to ensure a smooth transition to development. I’ll work with your developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and will assist with any questions or adjustments that come up during the development phase. Many of my clients return for future projects because of the trust and ongoing support I offer.
