This service provides you with 10 retainer hours per month at $30 per hour with additional hours priced at $28 dollars per hour.
Note: This service is for those who only need 10 hours per month. If you are a certain that you need more than 10 hours per month, then my Big Design & Creative Retainer is for you (priced at a discounted $28/$26 rather than $30/$28)!
FAQs
The client portal is a private, shared workspace using Notion, where we can exchange information, communicate, keep meeting notes, and manage our work together more smoothly.
We will use Google Meet for our initial discovery chat. In your client portal you will find all of my communication and scheduling links. Connect with me in the tools you use and easily schedule a time to meet with me! For shorter form communication, we can use e-mail, Slack, and short videos for staying on the same page.
You use the client portal for submitting design requests. I get notified of your submission. I then follow up with you in the method you prefer to confirm your request! The client portal has clear information on how to do this and connect with me in the the tools that you prefer. 🧘♀️
Typically, we will start with a 50% deposit up front, and then the latter 50% will be paid after services are rendered.
