My research specialties are dealing with complex problems, collaborating across divides, and seeing the big picture. I am insatiably curious about contemporary global issues and people’s relationships with and feelings about technology. I love combining my creative and analytical sides and my academic experience has helped me develop a thorough and well-informed approach to user research.
