Summary

Visual Identity will set you up for success! It will help you target audience understand the purpose of you business and build trust with them to keep them coming back for time and again.

Process

We start with a Discovery Call to understand your vision and exactly what direction you business is going in.

I'll send you a Proposal detailing exactly what we discussed. This proposal will have the pricing, contract and first invoice for half of the project. This is a nonrefundable retainer. A second invoice will be sent towards the end of the project before all final files are sent to you.

You will receive an email invitation to a Notion Client Portal that I have created specifically for you. This will have everything we need to make the process as smooth as possible. It will also be were any revisions can be requested, calls can be scheduled and where you can find your invoices and contracts. It's the one spot that has every link you'll need for your project.

Now for the fun part...Research & Design! This is where we will create a mood board and visual direction using Pinterest. Once this visual direction is approved by you I will start on the design process taking into account everything we have discussed and the visual direction that's been approved.

The design is done! Now for the Presentation. I will send you a beautiful presentation outlining everything we have discussed and why I chose each element of the design. This is where Revisions come in. You can request up to 3 revisions per project just simply request them in you Client Portal and I'll get started on them right away!

Final Step! Once everything is approved by you I'll package every design element into one file along with guidelines on how to use each file type and how to use each element. It is very detailed so you are fully equiped to use your new Visual Identity!

So you need a visual identity! What even is that? A visual identity is a collection of visual elements (such as logo, color pallets, patterns, etc.) that represent a brand and help communicate it's purpose to it's audience.
