What's included

Discovery & Research Summary
A concise doc summarizing key goals, target users, and any insights from competitor analysis or stakeholder interviews — this sets the foundation for informed, intentional design.
Sitemap & Content Structure
A mapped-out structure of all the pages, sections, and flow. This includes content hierarchy suggestions to help your copywriter (or mine, if needed) plan with clarity.
Wireframes (Low & Mid Fidelity)
Simple, clean blueprints of each core screen to show layout, content flow, and UX thinking — before we make things pixel-perfect.
High-Fidelity UI Design (Desktop, Tablet & Mobile)
Polished, responsive interface designs using Figma — built to reflect your brand and optimized for real-world use on all devices.
UI Style Guide & Mini Design System
A personalized style guide with key UI elements: typography, buttons, colors, spacing, grid system, and reusable components to keep things consistent and scalable.
Interactive Prototype
Clickable prototype in Figma (or Framer, if chosen) that shows how pages connect, animate, or interact — perfect for stakeholder previews or early testing.
Developer Handoff Kit
All screens organized and labeled in Figma, with specs, assets, and notes. If needed, I’ll also include Loom walkthroughs to guide your developers through the logic and structure.
Asset Exports
Optimized images, SVGs, icons, logos, and other assets neatly packaged and ready for use — organized in folders for easy reference.
3 Rounds of Revisions
You’ll get up to three structured revision rounds — one after wireframes, one post-design, and one before final handoff. Minor tweaks are always welcome throughout.
Optional Add-ons (on request)
- Web Animation Concepts (microinteractions, scroll effects, etc.) - Framer Build (live, no-code site for quick MVPs) - Light Copy Assistance (UX writing, section headers, CTAs) - Basic SEO Tag Suggestions (for dev reference)
FAQs
I’ll need your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), access to any existing sites or content, and your goals or vision for the project. The kickoff session helps clarify everything!
We’ll stay connected primarily via email and scheduled video calls (Zoom/Google Meet). For quick feedback and updates, I’m happy to use Slack, WhatsApp, or your preferred tool.
You get 3 rounds of revisions — after wireframes, after the first full design, and before final handoff. This keeps the project on track while ensuring your feedback shapes the final product.
Absolutely! I deliver responsive designs tailored for desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring a seamless experience on all devices.
Yes! I offer Framer-based no-code builds as an add-on service, so you can launch faster without waiting for development cycles. If you prefer a custom-coded solution, I also have a dev-ready team I can assemble on request to bring your project to life with clean, scalable code.
Typically, projects take 4 to 6 weeks depending on scope, revisions, and feedback speed.
The revision rounds are there to fine-tune the design to your liking. I’m committed to creating something you love, so open, honest feedback is always welcome.
