What's included
Basic Website plan
Let’s define the goals, content architecture, and necessary functionalities of the new website. All the developed information will be compiled into a clear document serving as the strategy for the new website.
Research (competitor website analysis)
I will review elements on competitor brand websites and analyze them in terms of communication with target clients.
Copywriting – website text proposals
I will fill all base views with text and message proposals, allowing us to evaluate the prototype more effectively in a specific context without “placeholders” like lorem ipsum.
Functional Prototype – High-Fidelity Design
I will create a graphic design of the base views based on the visual identity system and provided photos. You will see how the website will look in practice.
Discussion of the developed designs during a video consultation
We will review the graphic designs together and gather any changes to be implemented. We will analyze the website’s aesthetic aspects to ensure they effectively support the previously established goals and meet your expectations.
Development: Frontend (design and responsiveness) + Backend (CMS and functionalities)
I will implement all views included in the site map using the Webflow system. The website will be fully optimized for readability across all devices, ensuring responsiveness. I will configure and implement the CMS as well as all previously agreed functionalities.
Content (Filling the Website with Content)
I will populate all website views with content based on the old version of the site or the provided materials. This will save you time on updating the new site, as all text and images will be implemented as part of the development process.
Quality Check and Testing (Verification of Implemented Configurations)
I will thoroughly test the website for responsiveness, breakpoints, CMS functionality, overall features, integrations, analytics, and SEO to ensure it functions correctly and is ready for public launch, helping you avoid any unexpected issues.
Transfer and Launch
I will configure the domain and assist you in making the website live.
Video Tutorials
I will create video tutorials on how to manage your website, its CMS, and functionalities. These tutorials will help you quickly familiarize yourself with the new system, providing a complete and accessible guide to its operation. They will also enable you to easily delegate tasks related to updates, thanks to clear and ready-to-use instructions.
