Process

*timeline based off typical 4 page build, with assets provided by client*

Pre - Project Meeting (1 day)

Where we meet, introduce , all the nice formalities! Then down to business, this is where we discuss what you're looking for and how we can help.

After this we will come up with a plan of action that outlines the next steps and the projected timeline in relevance with your goals.

Some things you should bring, or if you don't have, are there things you'd like me to take care of?:

Copy for the pages?

Images?

Icons?

Branding Docs (fonts, color schemes)

Logos?

note: i can do graphics and copy, it will just add to the overall timeline and costs handily.

2. Planning/ Roadmapping (1-2 Days)

I'll send you overall project brief or a nice flow document that outlines how the site will work and also the process of the build.

I find visual docs to be much more effective than written brief when illustrating this to people.

Client Approval of the process/ roadmapping then we move to step 3

3. First Round (rough draft 3-4 days)

This will be either a wireframe or a complete total rough draft of the website depending on size and complexity of course.

Smaller sites will just get a rough draft whereas larger ones require more wireframing/setup

4. Revisions/ Edits (1-2 days)

We are nowhere near perfect ha! There will no doubt be changes that you'll want or where our visions differ. No problem, this is totally normal btw!

We'll work through those changes and additional items and then we'll shoot you back the next project version.

Client Approval of the revisions/edits then sends over more then we move to step 5

5. Rough Draft (rd 2, 1-2 days)

This will be the more polished version that should be closer to what you're looking for!

If edits need to take place, no worries we'll take care of those here!

6. Final Draft (2 days)

This is where it all comes together. This will be the final version of the site

Time Till Completion: 10 days (this could be drastically different depending on scope and # of pages)

What do I need to know before placing my order?
Please make sure to contact me before you decide to place an order. This ensures we can have a detailed conversation about what you need, or are looking to achieve. The better I understand you/ your business the greater I can facilitate those needs.
How do we start?
I just need a clear and concise explanation of what you are looking to accomplish, as well as any content you plan to use for the project (copy, images, etc). Also, I will need access to your website builder + any accounts where you'd like me to work.
Can I change out images or design elements later?
Yes, everything will be made easy to edit just in case you want to make any changes in the future. Also, you can contact me if you have any issues. I will also send you any design elements I create in Canva.
I don't have my copy (images, etc) yet, is that a deal breaker?
No, we have two options here... 1. I can place in some dummy text and format it, so you can easily edit in the future 2. I can help you write some copy, however this may elongate the project and will come at an extra cost.
What about graphics? Can you do those??
Sure, most of my clients on my portfolio I did a portion if not all of their graphics on their sites. Just know that this will affect both the timeline and the price!
