My approach to brand identity design is unique in that I start with strategy and make sure all visual direction is in alignment with your business goals and needs. By starting with thorough strategy and research, you will walk away with a cohesive system to help you build brand awareness.
The process:
Every project and relationship is different, but in general, there is a process I like to follow to build a foundation for a successful project.
Introduction call to see if we are a good fit. This allows me to understand your project needs and goals at a high-level, and how I could best support you as a product designer.
We will define the brief and work on a projected timeline.
Start designing and meet regularly to make sure progress is going as planned!
At the end of our project, I will work with you to make sure I hand over the proper deliverables and any documentation to support.
What's included
Brand Strategy
In-depth and uniquely tailored Brand Strategy session with a guidebook full of research and findings.
Brand Visuals
Depending on your specific brand identity needs, we will provide visual deliverables including logo design or logo revamp, color palette, iconography, typography directions, social Media application and templates, designs for marketing materials, photography + videography art direction.
Website Design
We can include a website design deliverable in the brand identity work, or you can book this separately. For design, we can hand off an annotated Figma file. For design and development, we can build a custom Squarespace site alongside the Figma design file. For more information on the web design process, check out that particular service.
Brand voice
In need of messaging and copywriting direction? We can work with a copywriter to provide guidelines that reflect your business and strategy needs.
