As a UX strategist, my job is to help you problem-solve. Through discovery workshops, research, and user insights, we will move from vague ideas to clearly defined directions. I'll take us through various tools and frameworks through the lens of improving and scaling the user experience of your product, while always keeping aligned to business vision and goals.

Every project and relationship is different, but in general, there is a process I like to follow to build a foundation for a successful project.

1. Introduction call to see if we are a good fit. This allows me to understand your project needs and goals at a high-level, and how I could best support you as a UX strategist.
2. We will define the deliverables for our strategy partnership.
3. Schedule a series of collaborative workshops. In-between and after our workshops and meetings, I will bring all documentation and findings into a comprehensive roadmap.
4. Delivery of final strategy roadmap.

UX strategy and brand strategy are different services I offer because there are different deliverables involved. However, we can work on both if the project and timeline allow.
