What is brand strategy?
Brand strategy is the intersection of business, marketing, design thinking, and of course branding. Our work together will bridge the gap between how you see your business, and what your ideal customers are looking for.
The process:
Every project and relationship is different, but in general, there is a process I like to follow to build a foundation for a successful project.
Introduction call to see if we are a good fit. This allows me to understand your project needs and goals at a high-level, and how I could best support you as a brand strategist.
We will define the deliverables for our strategy partnership.
Schedule a series of collaborative workshops.
In-between and after our workshops I will bring all documentation and findings into a comprehensive roadmap.
Delivery of final strategy roadmap.

Tailored Brand Strategy Roadmap
After our intro call where I learn more about your business, goals, and needs, I will suggest and confirm a list of strategy exercises and deliverables that we will go through together and will be summarized in a final roadmap PDF. These may include brand audit, mission/vision/goals setting, defining a target audience, audience research, brand personality development, empathy mapping, brand positioning, customer journeys, scenario mapping.
