As part of this process, you will be handed several key deliverables, including:
Experience Map: We create an experience map that provides a high-level view of the user journey, mapping out the touchpoints and pain points along the way. This deliverable helps us identify key areas of focus and ensures that the product we are designing aligns with the user's needs.
Interaction Flow: We create an interaction flow that provides a detailed view of the user journey, outlining the steps involved in completing key tasks and identifying any potential roadblocks or issues. This deliverable helps us refine the user experience and ensure that the product is easy to use and navigate.
Prototype: We create a prototype that brings the product to life, allowing us to test and refine the user experience in a realistic setting. This deliverable provides a tangible representation of the product, enabling us to gather feedback from users and stakeholders and make necessary adjustments.

What's included

Experience Map
I will work with you to gather insights about your customers' needs, motivations, and pain points. Based on this information, I will create a comprehensive experience map that not only identifies the different stages of the customer journey but also highlights the key moments of truth that can make or break the customer experience.
Interaction Flow
I'll create a comprehensive interaction map of your product that takes both the user and technical perspective into account. This document will enable you to clearly communicate the technical scope of the project to your tech team. In addition, I'll outline the front-end scope to ensure that all aspects of the project are covered.
Prototype
I'll create wireframes for the MVP or PoC of your product and provide you with a prototype of your service. This way, you'll have a clear starting point and be able to assess the direction of the product. My focus will be on developing the interaction and information architecture aspects of your product, rather than the branding or visual design. This prototype will enable you to test and validate your product with potential users or investors and ensure that you're on the right track.
