Someone on your team copies the same details between the same apps every day. A form goes into the CRM, an email goes into a sheet, a status goes into Slack. It is slow, and it is where mistakes creep in.

What I build: One working workflow in n8n, Make or direct API calls that does that job for you. Where it helps, an AI step reads the item and sorts it, pulls out the fields you need or drafts a reply for a person to approve. Anything the workflow is unsure about goes to an exceptions list for a person to check.

What $350 covers: One workflow with one trigger and the apps it needs to reach, built and tested within a week. Bigger systems, several workflows or custom apps are quoted before any work starts.

What I need from you: Access to the apps involved, five to ten real examples of the job, and the result you expect for each one.

How it runs: We agree the trigger, the steps and the check that proves it works. I build it, run your examples through it and show you the results. Once you approve, it goes live on your account with a short written guide to what fires when and how to pause it.

Not included: Tool subscriptions and AI usage, which bill to your own accounts, and changes after handover, which I quote separately.
