How long does the brand identity process take?
Typically 3-5 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on revision rounds and feedback timing. I'll provide a detailed timeline after our discovery session.
How many logo concepts will I see?
You'll receive 4-6 distinct logo concepts, each with strategic rationale. This allows meaningful choice without overwhelming decision-making. After selecting one, we'll refine it together.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll get vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), high-resolution PNGs, and JPEGs in various sizes, plus any special formats needed. Everything will be organized clearly for easy access.
Can you design additional collateral beyond what's included?
Absolutely! Once your core identity is established, I can design any additional materials you need like packaging, signage, brochures, social media templates, or presentation decks.
Do you provide custom illustrations beyond the logo?
For basic brand elements like icons and simple graphics, these are typically included. For extensive illustration systems or complex artwork, we'll discuss your vision and any additional investment needed.
What if I need changes after the project is complete?
Minor tweaks within 14 days are included. For changes after that or new collateral needs, we can discuss additional support or a retainer arrangement.
Will I own the rights to my brand identity?
Yes. Upon final payment, you'll receive full ownership and rights to use your brand identity however you need without restrictions.
