About this service

Summary

I'm going to take a guess: If you've never worked with someone like me before, this might feel like a big leap. So let's start small. During these 6 weeks, I'll focus on helping one key project actually happen—so you can see what it feels like to have someone in your corner who knows what they're doing.
Perfect for:
Entrepreneurs who've never had professional support and want to test the waters
Business owners with one specific project that needs structure
Anyone curious about what dedicated project management actually feels like
People considering bigger packages but thinking "let me see if this person is actually helpful first"
What you'll get:
The relief of having someone who knows what they're doing to help your project move from "someday I'll get to this" to "holy cheeseballs, we actually did it."
Note: This is designed for one project. If you're juggling multiple things and feeling scattered, the full 🪂 Launch Pad package might be better.

FAQs

  • How much is the investment?

My Kickstart Project Management (🪁 Launch Pad Lite) package is USD 1,900 per month. I love finding creative solutions that fit your needs and resources. That's why I always start with a free chat to understand what you're actually looking for. During our chat, we'll explore what works best for you: I could be your dedicated right-hand woman (helping your team stay on track, leading projects, and making sure everything runs smoothly); Or I could focus my energy on just one or two key projects at a time; Or something completely different that we figure out together. You'll never get surprise bills for tools—subscription fees for communication tools, email management, Airtable, PM tools, CRMs, Google Drive, etc. are separate and I'll tell you about them upfront.

  • What is the timeframe?

    6 weeks (1.5 months) recommended

  • What happens after the 6-week period?

After 6 weeks, we'll review how it went and discuss whether upgrading to full 🪂 Launch Pad or another solution makes sense. No pressure—we'll figure out what's actually right for your business.

  • What tools do you use to handle projects and communicate with the team?

I pretty flexible with tools, but here's what I prefer (and what tends to work really well): - Slack for any urgent messaging or when we need back-and-forth discussions (because email threads can get messy fast); - ClickUp or Asana for assigning tasks and project tracking (visual progress is satisfying for everyone); - Zoom for kick-off calls, progress reports, brainstorming sessions, check-in calls (because sometimes you just need to see faces and talk things through); - and Loom for walkthroughs and async feedback (when a 2-minute video explanation is worth a thousand confused emails). I’m also handy with other tools such as Airtable, Notion, Canva, Figma, Whimsical, and GSuite, too. Basically, if it's a business tool that doesn't require a computer science degree to figure out, I can probably work with it.

  • Where are you based? Can we work together if I’m in a different timezone?

I’m based in the Philippines (GMT+8), but different timezones aren't a problem at all! We can definitely sync up hours that work for both of us once we decide to move forward together. Honestly, sometimes different timezones are actually helpful—I can work on your stuff while you're sleeping, and you wake up to progress. It's like having a business fairy godmorther, but with better project management skills.
