  This call will be our first contact and it'll help me get to know you and your project goals. We'll spend 20-45 minutes discussing your directives and answering any questions you might have.

• Client Teamspace

  You'll have your Notion team space that allows you to find every deliverable without sifting through your emails.

• Constant Communication

  You will get daily updates about each phase of the project and the exact details of what I am working on. You'll be kept in the loop as much as you would like!

• Market Research including Competitor analysis and Audience Research

  I'll conduct in-depth research on your competitors and audience to better position your digital product as a market fit for your intended audience/users.

• Content Strategy and Site Mapping

  I'll design a rapid site map for your website's content hierarchy and information architecture. This would include pages and headings. If your designer already has an information architecture then I'll test to ensure that it appeals to your target audience's mental models.

• UX Content Guidelines Development

  I'll begin content design for your web app and website. If you don't have a Content guideline, I'll create one for you to ensure voice, tone, style, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

• SEO Analysis

  Your web copy will be incorporated with SEO best practices to improve discoverability and visibility

• Copy Testing

  I'll test every copy designed, from microcopy to buttons, labels, and CTAs to ensure that it resonates with your users effectively.

• Revision and Reviews

  You will have 2 rounds of review sessions to ensure that the copy delivers your expectations and meets your satisfaction.

• Content Strategy

  You will have a proposed content calendar involving blogs and social media content to ensure improved user engagement, consistency, and visibility for your website.

• Free Monthly Check-ins

  I'll check in to know how your website is doing and offer a free consultation once a month for two consecutive months to ensure your product grows and scales.
