Ready for work

Rinny is ready for their next project!

I finished it. 🧡 There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking an idea from “what if this existed?” to an actual working product. The biggest lesson wasn’t about the tool—it was about product thinking. What problem am I solving? Who am I solving it for? What does the user actually need? What can I simplify? What needs another iteration? Every project makes me a little better at answering those questions. Another one officially out of my head and into the world. ✨ Built by Rinnyssance. #BuildInPublic #CreativeTechnology #ProductDesign #Lovable #VibeCoding #WebDevelopment

Building SPARTA five tokens at a time 💚💛 I’m currently participating in the Lovable Challenge, and while I’m still waiting for my challenge discount code, I decided I wasn’t going to wait to start building. So right now, I’m quite literally trying to bring this idea to life five Lovable tokens at a time. 😂 My project is called SPARTA — “For Spartans, by Spartans.” I’m designing SPARTA around the experience of students at Norfolk State University. The idea came from thinking about how much of college life is fragmented across different websites, calendars, emails, portals, appointment systems, flyers, and apps. Students have to keep track of classes and assignments while also figuring out how to schedule time with professors, advisors, tutors, the Writing Center, Financial Aid, Student Affairs, the Health Center, and other campus resources. SPARTA brings those pieces together around one student-centered calendar. Students could add their classes, schedule appointments with campus services, create study blocks, coordinate study groups, discover campus events, see dining hours and menus, and navigate campus locations. One feature I’m especially excited about would allow students to photograph or upload a syllabus, extract important dates, add them to their calendar, and receive suggestions for pacing assignments and studying before major deadlines. The other side of the problem matters just as much: faculty and staff are busy, too. SPARTA is being designed so professors and campus offices can establish their availability and receive organized appointment requests that already explain what a student needs. Less emailing back and forth, fewer scheduling headaches, and better-prepared meetings for everyone. For this challenge, I’m focusing on making the core journey work really well: a student realizes they need help → finds the right resource → sees availability that works with their schedule → provides the necessary context or documents → books → and both sides have everything they need for the meeting. There’s a much larger vision here, but I’m taking it step by step and trying to be thoughtful about what I build first—especially while those five tokens are precious. 😂 I’m excited to see how far I can take SPARTA during the challenge. Even with the constraints, I’m going to do my best, keep building, keep refining, and hopefully create something that demonstrates how technology can make navigating college life feel a little less complicated. Same campus. Smarter days. 💚💛
