Replit Challenge Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTRA CHALLENGE (THE "CHALLENGE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE. THE CHALLENGE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THERE IS NO COST OR ENTRY FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE.

These Challenge Terms and Conditions and License (this "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and/or your team ("You" and "Your Team") and Contra.Work, Inc. ("Contra", "Organizer," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to Your and Your Team's participation in the Challenge and access to all materials, websites, and locations associated with the Challenge, including use of any of Contra and its partners and affiliates' materials, documentation, data, content, or code provided in connection with the Challenge (collectively "Contra Materials").

Submissions are governed by Contra's Terms of Service. Without limiting the foregoing, participants grant Replit the right to remix, modify, and create derivative works from templates created by participants. Participants also grant Replit a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform their Submissions in connection with evaluating and administering the Challenge and operating, promoting, and improving Replit, its products, and its services.
