Meet Marlowe Frames — a solo wedding & portrait photographer based in
Asheville, NC.
The problem: every booking inquiry came through Instagram DMs. Marlowe
could only reply in the evenings, and by the time she did, couples had
often already booked someone faster. No calendar, no real-time
availability — just email back-and-forth, double-booked slots, and
hours lost to admin every week.
So I rebuilt her entire "inquiry to booked" journey as one seamless,
cinematic experience:
→ A scroll-driven landing page that feels like a luxury product site —
not a generic booking form
→ Live availability with real slot-locking — no double-bookings, ever
→ A 2-minute booking flow: pick a session, pick a time, confirm — done
→ Self-serve reschedule/cancel, so clients never need to email her
→ A full owner dashboard — bookings, revenue, blocked dates — with zero
spreadsheets
The result: an inbound "can I book with you?" becomes a confirmed
booking in under 2 minutes, with almost no manual effort from Marlowe.
