The Cyrela Group operates with several brands, including Cyrela, focused on the high-end market, and Living, targeting the affordable and middle-class segments.
Despite having different target audiences and value propositions, both used virtually the same visual identity on their websites, differing only in the core components.
This scenario compromised the differentiation between the brands and weakened the coherence of the digital experience.
The challenge was to structure digital identities consistent with each brand's positioning and create a scalable foundation that sustains this distinction over time.
