Customers type the way they normally talk ("Boss, pwede ugma? 2 split sa Banilad") and get real open slots back in seconds. 📅 Customers book themselves. They pick a time, enter their address, and a ₱200 GCash deposit locks it in, which cuts no-shows. 🗺️ Jobs are grouped by zone, so the technician spends less time driving across Metro Cebu. 🔔 Reminders and follow-ups go out automatically. The owner never has to chase anyone. 📊 An Impact dashboard shows what Bugnaw handled: messages answered, bookings made, admin time saved.
