I worked on as as the design was for Ethiraj College for Women, a legacy institution in Chennai, to rethink its website after its 75th anniversary, alongside Finecons Limited. The challenge wasn't simply to redesign a website. It was to rethink how a 75-year-old institution communicates digitally. With 125+ pages, the website had to serve very different stakeholders — prospective students, current students, parents, faculty, researchers, alumni and more. Each stakeholder comes to it with different questions and needs. At the same time, the institution needed a website that could scale. New departments, programs, events, announcements and institutional information shouldn't require a starting from scratch approach every time. So we focused on building the underlying system rather than designing 125 individual pages. We created a flexible design system and CMS structure that mapped different content types to reusable components and page structures. This allowed the team to create, update and expand content without relying on design and development for every change. The result was a website designed not just to represent the institution today, but to give it a framework for communicating as it continues to evolve.

My role included web design and illustration, with a focus on warmth, clarity, and ease of use across devices.
