I formulated survey questions and response which was both online and physical I did a nalysis of teh response per industry and presented with recommendations.

I was in charge of mapping the inputs into the systmen in line with the organization policy and conducting test runs per section of completion.

The project was about meeting Union representatives together with shop stewards and manage the negotiation process on proposals given by the union.
