McKinsey Wave is a program management platform that combines software and expert services to support large-scale organizational transformations. It provides a centralized dashboard for tracking initiatives, measuring impact, and facilitating collaboration. Wave helps organizations prioritize projects, monitor progress, and align efforts with strategic goals, enabling data-driven decision-making and focusing teams on value creation.

Part of the core development team as a full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript developer.

Large-scale project: hundreds of repositories, thousands of clients, hundreds of thousands of users.

Achievements: Proposed and led the new end-to-end testing strategy, migrating the project from Nightwatch to Playwright, improving resilience, reducing flakiness and optimizing performance.
