Built with Bolt

Mind-Bridge.app — Solo, 0→MVP in 14 days

Daria

Daria Dovzhikova

I built Mind-Bridge.app solo from zero—from product strategy and UX to frontend, ML integration, analytics, and launch. Built in Bolt.new with Hugging Face for semantic search/summarization, the MVP shipped in 14 days with auth, core flows, and trustworthy instrumentation for fast iteration.

My role

Solo builder: product strategy · UX/UI · frontend (Bolt.new) · light backend · ML (Hugging Face) · analytics · QA · launch

Problem

Teams needed a lightweight way to capture ideas, connect them across projects, and turn them into action—without heavy PM tooling and with reliable data to steer iteration.

Solution

A lean, measurement-first MVP: friction-free capture, graph-style linking, Hugging Face–powered semantic search & auto-links, and “Next Actions” prompts—all instrumented for activation/retention insight from day one.

Process

Discovery & scope — ICP, KPIs, 2-week MVP cut
Flows & wireframes — capture → connect → act
Build in Bolt.new — components, auth, data model, core UI
Hugging Face integration — embeddings for semantic search/auto-linking; lightweight summarization
Instrumentationtop-15 events, funnels/retention, dashboards
Alpha → polish → launch — bug bash, microcopy, perf/accessibility, go-live

Notable features

Quick Capture (keyboard-first)
Connections / Graph view to reveal clusters
Semantic Search & Auto-Links (Hugging Face embeddings)
Smart Summaries for idea clusters (HF summarization)
Next Actions generator
Spaces & sharing, search & tags, activation nudges

Tech stack

Frontend: Bolt.new (component-based) / Next.js where needed
Backend/Data: Supabase (Auth, Postgres, RLS)
ML: Hugging Face
Analytics: PostHog (events, funnels, retention)
Email/Notifications: Resend
Hosting: Vercel / Netlify
Design: Figma
