Property Tax Software Modernization

Contributed to the Tax Suite apps modernization from VB and ASP.NET to Blazor web apps supported by a distributed backend composed of .NET microservices with OAuth compliant authentication and authorization processes, messaging and event driven payment processing and other business flows through NServiceBus and Azure Service Bus. Helped expand the CI / CD capabilities through Azure Repos (Git, Docker) and Octopus Deploy to assist in migrating on-prem supported clients to cloud environments. Lead the modernization and successful delivery of a business critical app overseeing all phases of development while simoultaneously completing part of a key milestone for the most complex piece in the Tax Suite. Served as primary point of contact for one of the largest customers assisting in the resolution of issues, custom implementations and deployments for their specialized infrastructure. Assisted in team mentoring through PRs, Documentation and participation in initiatives for improvement and knowledge sharing.
