Project overview
This Rock On Music website redesign concept presents a live music events experience. The original visual combines a featured performance with an events section, creating a clear introduction to the shows visitors can explore.
My contribution
I designed the website concept in Figma, developing the page composition, typography, image treatment and event presentation. The preserved design captures the visual direction for the homepage and its transition into additional performances.
Design approach
A large artist photograph forms the backdrop for the featured event. A smaller framed portrait creates a second focal point, while the date and event title establish the essential information. A visible ticket-booking action gives the introduction a clear next step.
The dark palette creates a stage-like atmosphere. Bright accents distinguish the featured event information, and lighter controls remain visible against the background. A compact navigation area keeps the broader website sections accessible without dominating the composition.
Below the hero, an events heading and poster cards extend the browsing experience. The change in layout signals a move from one featured performance to a wider selection of shows.
Delivered work
The original concept image documents the event-led website direction. It demonstrates my approach to entertainment websites where expressive photography and event identity need to work alongside clear navigation and a recognizable booking action.
