Role: Lead Product Designer & Clinical Strategist

The Summary 

PulseCare is a high-fidelity monitoring SaaS designed to bridge the gap between real-time vital signs and historical recovery data. In high-stress post-operative environments, data fragmentation is a primary cause of medication errors and delayed complication detection. This project leverages a Pharmacist-led design approach to solve "Alert Fatigue" and provide nurses with the context they need to act fast.

The Logic (The "Why") 

Most monitoring tools act as digital spreadsheets. PulseCare acts as a Command Center. By correlating the Medication Administration Record (MAR) directly with symptom trend lines, clinicians can immediately determine if a patient's vitals are responding to treatment or signaling a new complication.
