The salesperson selects their meeting video, the agent handles everything else: transcription, intent extraction, and professional proposal generation — delivered as a PDF, Word document, or plain text ready to copy and send.

The user selects their recorded meeting video through a clean upload interface. The agent transcribes the full conversation using Whisper, then passes the transcript to Claude with a structured extraction prompt — pulling out the client's name, pain points, discussed solutions, pricing signals, timelines, and next steps. From that extracted context, Claude generates a complete, professionally formatted proposal tailored to that specific client and conversation. The user receives it instantly as a downloadable PDF, Word document, or copyable text — ready to send without editing a single line.
