Most trades businesses are bleeding money online without even realizing it. They rent bloated templates from drag-and-drop platforms, miss high-intent phone calls while out on a job, and remain completely invisible to modern AI search engines.
I built COAI to destroy that cycle. We engineer hand-coded, high-performance digital lead systems that tradesmen actually own. No platform taxes, no locked-in code.
Here is the exact three-part tool stack we use to scale trades businesses:
1. SiteER (SiteER.dev) | The Leak Detector
Before fixing a problem, you have to find it. SiteER acts as a brutal digital audit tool. It scans a trade website for hidden performance issues, missing local schema, and broken layouts. Instead of a vague technical report, it hands the business owner an A–F grade with a direct breakdown of the dollar impact their current site is costing them in lost revenue.
2. LeadShield (LeadShield.live) | The Inbound Fortification
A missed call in the trades is a closed invoice handed directly to a competitor. LeadShield is our custom infrastructure solution that turns missed calls into booked jobs instantly. Powered by an AI receptionist (Cipher), it intercepts inbound gaps 24/7, responds via automated instant text-back, and validates phone, email, and lead data in real-time to weed out spam and fraud before it touches the CRM.
3. COAI Builds (COAIBuilds.com) | The Core Engine
This is where the actual build happens. We don't do Wix or Squarespace. COAI Builds creates custom, hyper-fast HTML/JS websites from scratch. Every build features geo-targeted schema and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) markup. This ensures the business doesn't just rank on Google Maps, but actively surfaces inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity answers where modern consumers are looking for local services.
