The Spark ✨

In order to analyze the marketplace they are designing for Omni Bank, I was hired to carry out an interactive user testing.

For this task we defined the points we wanted to test, did the corresponding prototype and created the user testing flows using Maze as a tool.

The Stats 💯

Timeline: 2 weeks Deliverables: I developed prototypes for two different workflows. Each workflow entailed the following screens:

1) Test purchase process:

a. Find product through filters

b. Add the product to favorites, then search for it in the favorites list and start the process of buying it

c. Carry out the step by step of a purchase until appearing on the "successful purchase" screen

2) Test user account

a. Enter "Personal data" and update the email

b. Add a new address in "Addresses"

c. Check the cashback balance of the last product purchased

d. Make a claim of the last order
