A GPT-based assistant built using the Assistants API in conjunction with the WhatsApp API. The agent has been fed business data tailored to a specific rental and become the main point of contact for all inquiries that the customer may have, with only high priority issues being escalated to the owner of the rental.
Deployments like these reduce a significant amount of costs associated with assistants like these since it has been connected directly to WhatsApp through Meta's official API with no middlemen.
