A 130-year-old Victorian mansion in Savannah's Historic District. Built in 1895 — when the city was still finding itself after the Civil War.

The floors inside are heart pine. The same wood used to build the Brooklyn Bridge. A longleaf pine takes 200 years to grow enough heartwood to be worth cutting. These boards have been here longer than anyone alive has been alive.

The Forsyth Park fountain across the street was ordered from a catalog in 1858. Modeled after a fountain at the Place de la Concorde in Paris.
