Diet plan: This diet plan is designed for a client who is looking to lose weight and improve their overall health. The plan includes a variety of healthy and delicious meals, as well as snacks and desserts. You won't get boring recipes, always something fun to cook and eat.
Workout plan: This workout plan is designed for a client who is looking to build muscle and strength. The plan includes a variety of exercises, as well as a progressive overload schedule to ensure that the client is challenged. It contains mostly weight training but there's also a bunch of calisthenics exercises. The plan is intermediate to advanced.
