Accredited Property Management

Accredited Property Management was formed in late 2019 by the Head of Property Management and a Senior Property Manager from NAI Long Island after the brokerage side of the business was purchased by Cushman & Wakefield. I created this logo to be emblematic of the company’s transition to an independent Property Management firm - fresh, new and approachable. Marrying the image of skyscrapers with a residential structure portrays the wide range of properties the company manages. The mix of complimentary colors and clean lines will easily grow with the emerging business. For this project, I designed the logo, Wordpress website (accreditedpm.com), business cards, letterhead, envelopes, elevator signs, proposal template, presentation template and company brochure along with other various marketing materials.
